OVERVIEW:
Quigley Electric Ltd. is a family owned and operated business that has been providing electrical services in and around Okotoks, AB since 1971. We are currently looking to add a motivated and organized Project Coordinator/Administrator to our team.
RESPONSIBILITES:
•Provide administrative support, including managing project folders;
•Assist with change order management, warranty documentation, closeout procedures and credential management for O&M;
•Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and track project progress;
•Manage all required permits and verifications;
•Assist with email management, as requested;
•Assist with client communication;
•Prepare monthly invoices for major projects;
•Review and post AP & AR entries;
•Book employee travel, as required;
•Provide reception back up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Previous experience with Viewpoint software is considered an asset;
•Exceptional computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
•Excellent communication skills;
•Excellent time management and organizational skills;
•Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
This is a temporary full-time position to cover a maternity leave with an end date of September 2026. An opportunity to extend employment past September 2026 is possible, based on performance.
Office is located in Warner Business Park, approximately 20 minutes south of Calgary.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
