Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate project records
- File and organize project documents and correspondence
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination for project-related activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management tools
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Note: Knowledge of the commercial electrical industry is a plus but not required.
