Job Summary
We are seeking a Shop Helper to work in a fabrication shop. This role is essential for supporting various tasks within the shop, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. WORK LOCATION: Burlington, NC
Responsibilities
•
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products using hand tools and power tools.
•
Will be assisting different departments hands on, i.e Welding, cleaning, assembly
•
will be cleaning and organizing different types of metals, i.e stainless steel, sheet metal. ect.
•
Performing little assembly with small brackets
•
Organizing, cleaning and sweeping the shop.
Experience
•
Previous experience in a shop is preferred.
•
Must have previous experience with different metals and pipes.
•
Welding experience.
•
Familiarity with mechanical concepts, fabrication techniques, and assembly processes is advantageous.
•
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to production tasks.
•
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Work Location: Burlington, NC
Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday
