Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible A/P-A/R role to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Office and office equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
•Process and receive customer invoices
•Various A/P-A/R duties as assigned
•Track incoming payments on jobs under construction
•Track change orders sold during construction and process payments for these
•Works remotely from desired location
•Monitors emails and scheduling critical meetings for the PM with homeowners as needed
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
•Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office)
•Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
•Ability to work independently with little supervision
•Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
•Strong typing and computer skills
•Highly organized with attention to detail
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
•Skilled in verbal and written communications
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,500 with the ability to go up to $52,500 after a satisfactory 90 day evaluation.
