YOUR PURPOSE:

You will primarily responsible for seeking opportunities to implement automation solutions to improve the stability and productivity of the steelmaking process. You will collaborate with the operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment utilization, cycle time and product quality. You will report directly to the Superintendent and be responsible for the oversight, contribution to, and support of all the safety, training, and development activities for employees of the location.
