Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatch Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role within our organization and is responsible for ensuring a flawless transition in the whole appointment process between all involved areas. This role will be responsible for scheduling our Technicians, ensuring there is a correct work schedule, and providing accurate information to customers and team members. We are looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized individual with analytical skills and full dedication.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Coordinate and schedule installation and service calls with customers.
•Management and Scheduling software efficiently and accurately.
•Communicate details effectively across customers, Technicians leadership, and administrative staff.
•Proactively manage appointment changes, cancellations, and reschedulings, minimizing disruptions and optimizing production.
•Collaborate effectively across departments and staff to maintain strict attention to detail and follow established procedures.
•Provide administrative support to Technicians, including answering scheduling-related questions.
•Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
•Run accurate and timely departmental reports, which require basic computational skills.
•Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
•Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and calm.
•Demonstrate kindness, courtesy, and patience in all interactions, even in challenging situations.
•Answer emails and other written communication in a timely manner
•Accurately inputting client information into the company database
•Adhering to and implementing company policies and procedures
Requirements:
•Excellent written/verbal communication
•Excellent organization and planning
•Exceptional project and personnel management skills
•CRM experience is a plus
•Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
•Spanish and English fluency required
•Pass Seven-year background check
The Location:
Apple Valley, CA
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Overtime as needed
Compensation:
$17.50-19.00 p/hr or depending on experience.
