JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an owner-operated company dedicated to providing a seamless, white glove service experience to our clients.
As a Lead Installer, you must:
•
Be familiar with solar and equipment that goes into the installing process
•
Be able to order consumables needed for the project
•
Approves documents and procedures that will be used on the sites
•
Approves documents and procedures that will be used on the sites
•
Monitor and manage site performance and availability
•
Be able to read plan sets in order to properly place the panels on the roofs
•
Takes all necessary actions to protect the facility operating permits
•
Supervise site operating personnel including subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications, budgets, schedule and corporate policies
•
Must handle everything that happens in the field prior, during, and after install
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•
Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 3 stories
•
Standing and walking on roof
•
Lift up to 75 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Minimum 2 years solar experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
•
10 hour shift
•
8 hour shift
Work Location: On the road
