JOB SUMMARY

The IT Support Technician will install, configure, monitor, and maintain all company workstations, software, and peripherals to ensure business processes run smoothly. Maintain adequate knowledge of Windows operating system, hardware, software, and applications to maximize system efficiency and end-user utilization.


INTER-RELATIONSHIPS

Employees, Managers, and Supervisors throughout the corporation, and various external customers, vendors, consultants, and governmental regulatory officials.


MAJOR TASKS

Provide excellent customer service to end users.
Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstation software, hardware, peripherals, etc.
Document and track all work completed through a helpdesk system.
Maintain and audit IT assets; provide reporting as requested.
Maintain technical documentation & manuals.
Participate in IT Team meetings, providing input and suggestions.


Job Skill Requirements

Experience with Windows operating systems.
Diagnostic familiarity with AutoCAD, Carlson, Trimble, Leica, and/or Esri is a plus.
Excellent communication with technical/non-technical staff/clients.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and SLAs.
Ability to prioritize and delegate.
Technical and logical problem-solving with attention to detail.
Support on-premise/remote systems/users.

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE

Topographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.


Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be authorized to work in the United States.


Travel


Travel to worksites may be required.
