The Dragline Maintenance Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination, planning, and implementation of repair day projects and support turnaround activities specifically related to dragline equipment. This position involves scoping work/projects, bidding activities, managing work execution and contractors, ensuring job safety, cost management, and coordination with other plant activities. The Dragline Maintenance Project Coordinator may review and authorize work permits and conduct audits and inspections.

What you’ll do?* Repair Day Planning and Execution Supervision: Key activities include for repair days: + Aligning expectations and planning equipment turnover to/from operations. + Optimizing resources for timely, safe execution of work. + Handling purchase orders (POs) for all repair day work. + Acting as the Statement of Work (SOW) owner. + Following up on work orders. + Coordinating and scheduling all mobile equipment support, prioritizing economic use and timing work to share equipment, and coordinating with the site for site-owned equipment. + Aligning the priority of repairs based on reliability and production needs, and running repair day preparation and alignment meetings.

Qualifications:* High School / GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, major in Engineering.
