This critical role within the ENMAX Generation team will be responsible for the development and execution of major maintenance outage plans for ENMAX Energy’s power generating facilities. The Outage Manager works collaboratively with the Fleet Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to plan outage work scope, prepare outage budgets, and manage and schedule resources during outage planning and execution.
Major Responsibilities:* Develop outage specific planning milestones and budgets in collaboration with the Plant Management, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Supply Chain Management, and Asset Management teamsEducation:* Mechanical Engineering Degree or Red Seal Journeyman ticket will be considered an asset
Qualifications:* 5 years of outage or project management experience in a heavy industry
Competencies:* High level of personal accountability and integrity

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
