Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, providing tailored solutions to meet their energy needs, and guiding them through the installation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

•

Engage with potential customers through various channels including door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions.

•

Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.

•

Lead presentations and discussions to educate customers about solar technology, benefits, and financing options.

•

Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

•

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery.

•

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools.

•

Provide ongoing support to customers post-installation to foster long-term relationships and encourage referrals.

Experience

•

Proven experience in energy sales or technical sales is required to start asa closer.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

•

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

•

Experience in outside sales, particularly in door-to-door environments, is highly desirable.

•

Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

•

Familiarity with relevant software tools for tracking sales leads and managing customer relationships is beneficial.
