Accounts Receivable Specialist

If you're organized, proactive, and ready to be the financial backbone of recovery, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
•
Create and send invoices for restoration projects
•
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
•
Apply payments and reconcile accounts
•
Work with clients to resolve billing issues or set up payment plans
•
Handle lien waivers, adjuster communications, and mortgage company coordination
•
Generate AR reports and support financial decision-making
What We’re Looking For
•
3–5 years of accounts receivable or billing experience
•
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
•
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
•
Excellent communication and customer service skills
•
Bonus if you’ve worked in construction or restoration!
