360 Solutions LLC. is looking for a bookkeeper/office support role to join our team. The Bookkeeping / Office Support is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of the company. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of accounts payable while also contributing to the efficient operation of the office through administrative and clerical support.
Job Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Functions:
•Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
•Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding, approval, and payment.
•Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
•Generate and send customer invoices in accordance with company policies.
•Apply payments received and maintain accurate customer account records.
•Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing questions and payment status.
•Assist with bank deposits and ensure all incoming payments are properly recorded.
•Support month-end closing procedures and assist with financial reporting.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Administrative & Office Support:
•Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner; direct calls appropriately.
•Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for financial and administrative records.
•Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place orders and track deliveries.
•Restock and maintain on-site vending machines, including monitoring inventory levels and reordering as needed.
•Assist with document preparation, correspondence, reports, and mail distribution.
•Support general office projects, internal communications, and company events.
•Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
