Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Accounting Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting project operations through a mix of accounting, administrative, and communication functions. Autonomy, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Accurately input and code receipts, invoices, and expenses using accounting software.

•

Serve as a point of contact between the accounting department and subcontractors.

•

Track and maintain subcontractor insurance compliance from onboarding through project completion.

•

Assist the billing process for assigned projects.

•

Collaborate with Project Managers to manage change orders, contract documents, and other billing-related matters.

•

Prepare complete and accurate client billing packages for approval by the Accounting Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Experience in construction, project, or cost accounting.

•

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

•

Familiarity with accounting and project management software such as Sage 100, Procore, and DocuSign.

•

Strong general tech skills and adaptability.

•

Interest in continued learning and growth within the construction industry.
