Pride Contracting, Inc is a licensed and bonded full-service commercial construction company that specializes in complex high-end design ground up and tenant improvement projects throughout the Phoenix, AZ and surrounding Maricopa County area. Being the little guy allows us to focus on a more personal one on one relationship with our customers. We pride ourselves on our quality and customer service.
Functions:
•
Manage multiple priorities promptly and accurately.
•
Respond to inquiries from the public and provide information about the company.
•
Obtain fully executed contracts from the subcontractors and compiled into project folders.
•
Support Project Managers by providing clerical and order processing support for construction projects.
•
Process and organize all project documents both interior and external: RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, Permits, Licenses, etc.
•
Prepare project closeout document.
•
Coordinate any performance or maintenance bonds as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
