Roles & Responsibilities

+ Efficiently reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. + Investigate and resolve any variances or issues in a timely manner. + Handle the timely and accurate deposit of incoming cheques. + Maintain organized records of deposited transactions. + Generate and issue cheques according to approved payment requests. + Maintain an up-to-date cheque register and monitor cheque distribution. + Execute secure and precise processing of outgoing bank payments. + Collaborate with relevant departments to verify payment details and ensure compliance with financial policies. + Prepare detailed payment schedules in accordance with financial obligations. + Collaborate with team members to coordinate and confirm payment timelines. + Perform month-end reconciliations for various accounts, including accrued receivables, accrued liabilities, undeposited funds, long-term debt, and intercompany accounts.
