Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in maintaining an efficient office environment.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Scale in and out trucks
- Provide customer support to clients and visitors
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for office operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
