Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.

Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.

Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

•

Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

•

Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Experience

•

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.

•

Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management and communication.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
