- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory
- Perform data entry tasks and update various databases
- Coordinate appointments , including scheduling, and sending reminders
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support office management by organizing files and archives
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, following up on customer leads and resolving issues in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with local geography
- Knowledge of phone systems and experience handling incoming calls
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Previous experience with Generators, HVAC, electrical or fuel companies a plus
-Experience with QuickBooks online/ Service Titan preferred but will train the right applicant
