We are currently looking for an Operations Foreman for our Denver, CO location.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Lead a team of operations personnel to meet all the needs of our customers
Set goals for performance and deadlines in a way that comply with company plans and vision
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Ensure employees are following procedures and policies to keep them and others safe.
Check-in equipment upon return/termination of rental to ensure all equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
Perform preventative maintenance on rental equipment to include operations and appearance.
Perform testing on rental equipment to ensure that the equipment is always available and ready-to-rent.
Utilize company software system to input data necessary to manage inventory.
Maintain shop and storage areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
Deliver and pick-up equipment as needed.
Assist customers as needed to ensure that our processes run as smooth as possible.
Maintain all shop equipment in a superior and safe manner.
Assist in quality control and safety programs.

The ideal candidate must be adaptable, accurate, dependable, possess sound judgment, organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, and openness to development of skills and knowledge.


Technical Competencies

Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or electronics required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computers in general
Proficient in interpreting data derived from testing to determine acceptable testing parameters for rental equipment.
Experience in a rental industry is a plus
Be able to fill out logs/test sheets.


Minimum Qualifications

2+ years supervisory/managerial experience with proven ability to effectively lead a team
High School Diploma
Good driving record with the ability to drive a company vehicle
Have or willing and able to obtain OSHA10 Cert.
Have or willing to obtain First Aid/ AED/ CPR Cert.
