Mader Group's Payroll team is expanding! To support this growth, we are seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator. Be part of a social workplace that prioritizes culture!
Note: This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday.
Core Duties:
•Manage workflow ensuring all payroll transactions are accurate and timely.
•Process payments, manage garnishments, liens, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
•Manage, maintain, troubleshoot TokN E-timesheets system, and hold coordinators accountable to timelines.
•Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Audit and balance reports and returns prepared by ADP.
•Maintain and resolve payroll issues with ADP.
•Answer and resolve any payroll related queries from employees.
•Maintain employee details in GreenTree (Mader ERP) and ADP.
•Opportunity to learn & process US Payroll employees.
•Maintain local jurisdictions registrations.
•Assist in developing policy and procedures documentation for the Payroll Department.
•Assist the Finance Team with compliance reporting and annual audits.
•Payroll size consists of 200 + Employees and growing!
Desired Skills and Experience:
•Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience.
•US payroll experience an advantage.
•ADP experience preferred.
•Experience processing hourly & salaried employee's highly regarded.
•Experience with handling payroll for multiple states/provinces/territories.
•Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
•Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel.
