Duties and responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining timekeeping records, reviewing payroll and payroll reports for accuracy, and ensuring documents adhere to established policies, procedures and deadlines.
Audit employee Time & Attendance Data recorded by the payroll system. Communicate with Managers as required to verify data and resolve any discrepancies. Audit paid time off hours are being used in accordance with FWS policies. Balance timecards to pay period processing batch.
Enter New Hires, process terminations, direct deposits, salaries, and more into the payroll system. Ensures rates of pay are in accordance to FWS pay schedule. Audits information for company compliance.
Creates & distributes any correction checks, acquiring approvals as needed.
Responds in a timely manner to employee or Manager inquiries regarding paycheck amounts, deductions, leave accruals, direct deposit, and other concerns. Capable of investigating and resolving payroll issues and ensures strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Experience in 401k Administration. Maintaining Master spreadsheet, funding and auditing plan.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience with ADP payroll processing and procedures.
Experience in 401k Administration. Including tracking, monthly & annual audits and funding.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
Ability to be prompt, accurate, confidential, and cordial in assisting employees & managers.
