The Information Technology Support Specialist is a key member of the IT team, responsible for providing end-user support and maintaining IT infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, responding to, triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating IT support tickets, as well as handling equipment repairs and deployments. The successful candidate will assist in employee onboarding/offboarding and ensure accurate inventory management of IT assets. Our small team structure offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and receive training in various IT domains.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment in the Denver/Centennial area. After a probationary period, employees may work from home up to four days per week. Occasional in-office presence is required for equipment deployment, team collaboration, and other business needs. Routine use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copiers, is expected.
This is a largely sedentary role with occasional standing, walking, and lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.
