About This Job

Qualifications

•

3+ Years Experience in Billing/Invoicing

•

Proficient in Quickbooks (Enterprise Edition preferred)

•

Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF Editor

•

Good communication skills via phone and email

•

Organized and attention to detail

Responsibilities

•

Process invoices via Quickbooks

•

Daily review of accounts receivable

•

Track open invoices

•

Follow up with customers regarding past due balances

•

Organize invoices and quotes

•

Apply payments in Quickbooks

•

Track changes to job quotes and adjust invoices accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
