Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to assist with document scanning, time management processes, and general HR administrative tasks. This short-term role (3 to 6 months) is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can efficiently handle confidential records and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Document Management: Scan, organize, and securely store HR documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
•Timekeeping Support: Assist with tracking employee time records, verifying accuracy, and supporting payroll processing.
•HR Administration: Provide general HR support, including data entry, file management, and responding to basic employee inquiries.
•Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
•Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with office organization, scheduling, and other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Prior administrative or HR experience preferred.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
