The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing future employees, processing new hire paperwork, completing employee verifications and background checks, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate is willing to pitch in on all levels, support & participate in HR initiatives. Preferably fluent in Spanish, but not required.
General office physical demands which can include: the ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and walk. The ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds. The ability to sit for sustained periods of time. The ability to demonstrate the manual dexterity necessary to operate a keyboard and/or calculator.
