Overview

Responsible for working closely with employees, managers and other departments to support engagement, development, retention, recruitment, compliance and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:* Provides day to day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Experience* Bachelor's degree in business related area of study, human resources preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices.
