General Purpose

Under the general supervision of the Regional Manager, the Compliance Coordinator provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative and regulatory services.


Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

Track, print, organize, review and analyze data from various sources; included but not limited to Chain of Custody and Control Lab Forms, Drinking and Wastewater flow sheets, Water Management Permits, New facilities tracking. Review and/or submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to regulating agencies and

Work close with the lead operators to review data, complete regulatory reports, work on inspections response letters
Provide weekly and monthly status
Contracts administration
Additional tasks as needed


Minimum Training and Experience

High school or GED diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Word Data Entry
Copying
Filing
