Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Manager to oversee and manage field operations at our Fairfield location. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional management and leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance and success. The Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring project execution, managing schedules and resources, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and manage install operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality workmanship. + Develop and implement efficient operation strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize delivery and resource utilization. + Ensure effective communication and coordination. + Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Evaluate and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to drive individual and collective growth.
