What You’ll Do

Recruit, Train & Develop a Winning Team

Hire, coach, and mentor a team of solar sales consultants
Lead training sessions, role-playing exercises, and team meetings
Foster a culture of accountability and high performance


Drive Sales & Strategy

Develop and implement sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
Monitor sales performance, optimize lead generation, and streamline sales processes
Provide hands-on support, including joining reps in closing deals when needed


Ensure an Exceptional Customer Experience

Educate customers on solar energy benefits and tailor solutions to their needs
Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation


Manage Performance & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipelines, and team productivity
Provide insights and reports to senior leadership


What We’re Looking For

✔ 2+ years of sales management experience (solar industry preferred but not required)

✔ Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding targets

✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

✔ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

✔ Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $200,000.00-$250,000.00 per year


Additional pay:

Bonus pay

Commission pay

Experience:

Sales Management: 2 years (required)
Solar: 1 year (preferred)


Work Location: On the road
