Award Winning family-owned Connecticut home services company seeking highly motivated and objective oriented sales professionals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Must make outbound calls to a range of perspective customers

· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Maintain and expand your database of current and prospective customers

· Gather and document customer information

· Keep up to date on all company products and services

· Answering potential customers questions regarding our offerings

· Set qualified appointments

· Ability to complete reports in Excel and Adobe PDF formats

The right candidate(s) should possess strong communicative abilities while also possessing positive, enthusiastic, and engaging personalities. Must have patience in order to engage potential customers in conversation to cross sell. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Looking for internally driven individuals that desire to earn an above average income for their efforts.

Job Requirements:

· Applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree

· A high degree of experience with Microsoft Office

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· 1+ years’ experience with Sales/Cold Calling

Job Type: Full Time

Monday thru Friday: 9:30AM to 6:00PM & Every Other Saturday 9:00AM to Noon

The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and bonus
