AltaGas - Manager, Corporate Accounting
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Corporate Accounting to join our corporate finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate the monthly GL close process, prepare and analyze cash flow statements, review journal entries, ensure proper eliminations of intercompany transactions, and review key financial working papers for external statements.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls in a corporate environment.
You Will:* Manage the month-end close process for Corporate Accounting, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and deliverables are completed accurately and on timeYou Have:* CPA designation with a minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership roles
