Performs a variety of accounting responsibilities with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Receives shipping receipts and matches with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
· Performs 3-way match with accounts payable invoices, shipping receipts and purchase orders.
· Prepares daily customer invoicing in Epicor based on confirmation of completed shipping documents both in Epicor and hard copies from Wildeck logistics, matching customer orders to invoice details before processing.
· Performs monthly review and cleanup of the Shipped Not Invoiced (SNI) report, ensuring shipped material is invoiced timely and completely.
· Performs monthly review and cleanup of the Received Not Vouchered (RNI) report, ensuring materials received are matched to vendor invoices and timely entered for processing.
· Associate degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
· Three years related experience including accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Experience with Epicor or other ERP strongly preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions such as invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, quotations, procedure manuals, and various documents.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Physical Requirements include twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
