Job Description: Air Compressor Solutions (ACS) is a full-service distributor for Ingersoll Rand, Doosan Equipment, and other equipment lines. We cover a wide range of tools, air compressors and generator products. ACS is a growing, family-owned company that has been in operation for over 30 years in the Permian Basin. This position will be for a highly motivated person with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed our customers' expectations. There are opportunities for growth, training, and development with this position. Since we are a smaller company, our employees can grow in many different areas.
Role and Responsibilities
•
Answer customer calls/emails to gather information for service needed.
•
Check work orders for accuracy.
•
Verifying warranty work for proper processing.
•
Order, Receive, and Stage parts.
•
Coordinate Parts and Services for Branch and Customer needs.
•
Keep track of our technician's times to ensure accuracy.
•
Receives audited work orders for processing.
•
Updates customer portals as required.
•
Review processing requirements from customers to help with proficiency.
•
Completes any assigned tasks.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
•
High school diploma.
•
Experience managing a large volume of phone calls a plus.
•
Experience in working in bookkeeping or accounting a plus, but not required.
•
Pursuit of an accounting or business degree a plus, but not required.
•
Must be able to be cordial and pleasant when dealing with customers, both internal and external.
•
Trustworthy with company financial and confidential information.
•
Strong organizational skills required.
•
Must be able to make decisions with minimal help to satisfy our customers' urgent needs.
•
Customer focused, both internally and externally, with a constant attention to being accurate and timely in your work.
•
Ability to own tasks from start to finish with little oversight. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time and manage own workload.
