We are seeking a Supervisor with a keen interest in organization and prioritization, to help run our company stores. The Supervisor will work closely with the owner to ensure they have everything they need to effectively run their departments and coordinate with the rest of the team. Most importantly, the successful candidate will possess an eye for detail and be able to create schedules, work with vendors, and effectively delegate responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
•Supervise team of retail sales workers
•Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
•Train and evaluate employees
•Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
•Resolve escalated customer complaints
•Completing employee performance evaluations
•Answering questions from employees and customers
•Giving feedback and suggestions to improve productivity
•Using cash registers and equipment specific to the industry
•Developing good relationships with customers and employees
•Following the store’s budget and working to meet financial goals
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Outstanding leadership and management skills
•Good understanding of the services or products the business provides and its overall industry
•Ability to explain complex concepts to customers and trainees
•Ability to interpret and analyze sales statistics
•Basic accounting and budgeting skills
