The Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for managing Veren’s Alberta release response program and maintaining compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations. This person will provide environmental support across multiple functional teams including Operations, Drilling & Completions, Construction, Facilities and Health & Safety. The candidate should reside in the Grande Prairie or Whitecourt area due to the location of the role and frequent travel is required.
Main Responsibilities & Activities:* Provide release response support to Veren’s teams throughout Alberta. Coordinate and manage environmental consultants/contractors during response activities. Responsible for daily activity reports, cost tracking, invoicing, and internal/external communication, etc.)Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Relevant post-secondary education is required
