Duties and Responsibilities:


Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues f.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and performance.
Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Support employee development initiatives and career planning.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
Experience in conflict resolution.
