Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our products and services, ensuring they meet both internal and external quality standards.
Responsibilities
•Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
•Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards.
•Lead the quality assurance team in performing quality control activities, including product testing and documentation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and products.
•Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
•Manage corrective actions for non-conformances identified during audits or inspections.
•Ensure training programs are in place for staff on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
•Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management practices.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences).
•Proven experience in quality management roles within regulated industries.
•Strong knowledge of quality systems including QA/QC methodologies.
•Familiarity with HACCP principles and practices is preferred.
•Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
•Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
