This Warehouse Specialist will perform tasks related to support warehouse operations for VTC in Pasadena, TX and Deer Park, TX with internal and external suppliers. Manage and lead cycle counting strategy for warehouse operations, support drop shipment process of material with a wing-to-wing execution process. Identify opportunities of improvement and work with staff team, and warehouse operations team to execute it. focusing on facilitating and driving process enhancements and adherence to procedures and standards.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Lead and support cycle counting strategies
Perform drop shipment operations
Processing warehouse requests Utilizing SAP and troubleshoot warehouse operations between receiving, picking, packing and shipping process
Identify cost savings opportunities at organization level for warehouse
Supporting with goods organization within the warehouse
Collaborating in warehouse with reordering, inventory operations, and verification of stock and performing cycle counts
Being accountable for the VTC warehouse cycle time and Inventory accuracy
Support and provide visibility for warehouse KPIs


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent diploma and 3+ yrs of experience in warehousing utilizing Oracle ERP system
Knowledge of procedures for warehousing (including expertise in the correct positioning and fixing of the goods) and movement of goods
Be organized, detail oriented and methodical and team oriented
Ability to manage warehouse documentation, operate forklifts and other material moving equipment
