We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
•Oversee employee evaluation processes, ensuring fair and consistent assessments.
•Facilitate talent management programs to enhance employee performance and development.
•Ensure compliance with employment labor laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation requirements.
•Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner using systems such as Paylocity.
•Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
•Create and implement training development programs that support employee growth and organizational goals.
•Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Experience
•Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
•Strong knowledge of employment labor laws, payroll systems, workers' compensation, OSHA standards, and best practices in talent management.
•Familiarity with HR software systems is highly desirable.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
•Experience in developing training programs and conducting employee evaluations is preferred.
