We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Team. This is a part-time position which will provide a wide range of duties and responsibilities. Reporting to and working closely with the US Administrative Manager, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the company.
· Provide logistical support for day-to-day office operations
· Liaise with the Head Office (Vancouver) admin/accounts team
· Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point with an eye for detail and accuracy
· Initiative and the ability to work independently
· Excellent English (both written and oral) with working knowledge of Spanish being an asset
· Previous experience in a similar role and sector will be considered favorably
