Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our 100 person team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Duties

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate human resources functions including candidate screening, onboarding, and employee records.
Coordinate vendor management activities, including contracts and service agreements.
Be point of contact for all facilities related issues.
Assist in team management by scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining office supplies.
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a collaborative work environment.


Qualifications

Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with human resources processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
Experience in team management or coordination is beneficial.
Proficiency in using office software is required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
