The Operations Manager reports to the Senior Operations Manager at Bermex. This position plays a key role in working with management to improve operations, sales, profit, and employee development in order to attain customer satisfaction. This position also requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Salary Transparency: For those residing in New York, the salary for this role is at $90,000/year. What You’ll DoOperation Supervisor Management:* Provide direction, training, support, supervision, and motivation to operation supervisors including their downline reportsBusiness Management:* Ensure timely production reports and accurate record information to operating activities for such purposes as control, planning, accounting and required customer reports
Customer Communication:* Handle or defer all customer complaints to the appropriate authorities
Other duties as assigned.About YouMust haves:* Education: High School Diploma or GED
Nice to haves:* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration
Your Skills:* Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
Drug/Alcohol Testing:* Drug/alcohol testing is required
Travel Requirements:* % of travel time: 25%

Employees will begin their day at the local office where they will pick up their company vehicle, equipment, and assignments for the day.
