Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this temporary-to-hire role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to our office. Key Responsibilities
-Manage accounts receivable and other financial records
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors
- Assist with various clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the office
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
