Overview

Primarily responsible for providing exceptional support and service to an assigned portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role bridges the gap between sales and customer support, reduces churn, and keeps a “high-level view” of the support process.

Collaborates closely with the outside sales team, commercial operations and manufacturing to provide quotes, orders, lead times and service capacity, product and services questions and application specific needs.
