The schedule consists of the following:
•Office is open from 7am-9pm
•Full-time and part-time positions available
•Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during peak times
•Some weekends will be expected
Responsibilities:
•Manage a constant volume of inbound and outbound calls
•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
•Provide consistent and accurate information, utilizing established processes
•Display empathy and understanding toward our customers
•Demonstrate a persuasive approach when offering company’s membership program
Requirements:
•Customer service experience
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Must have evening and weekend availability
•Ability to work confidently and as a self-motivator in a call center environment
•Proficient computer and typing skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
•High school diploma or equivalent
