INNIO Waukesha Engine is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Waukesha Natural Gas Engines, founded in 1906 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As an OEM of natural gas engines, Waukesha relies on its network of channel partners for the sales of new equipment, OEM remanufactured equipment and parts (reUp), model conversions and upgrade kits and maintenance parts. Waukesha’s channel partners package, overhaul, repair, commission, and service Waukesha equipment globally.Position Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist will work with the commercial operations and sales team to maintain the sales opportunities pipeline in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.com (SFDC). The Sales Support Specialist will also assist the sales team with the maintenance and creation of sales opportunities and customer support reports, new units’ orders management, new units’ orders bookings, maintenance of existing parts’ Material Stream Agreements (MSA) and related opportunities and orders.In this position, you will be responsible for:* Review New Units (NU) & reUp engine/block purchase orders

Minimum Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Preferred Skills:* Administrative experience in the manufacturing helpful but not necessary
